People told us that they wanted more involvement in selecting their staff, so Perthyn changed its recruitment policy and set an organisational objective to ensure everybody is involved in deciding who supports them - from advertising, shortlisting and interviewing to induction and probation reviews. Feedback has helped us set an objective to develop a reviewing team made up of people supported and involved supporters, to help review the quality of our services, improve standards and have greater involvement in how priorities are identified. |
