We primarily provide support to people living in their own homes. This support can be for a few hours per week up to full 24/7 with 2:1 or even 3:1 staff support. This means we can provide support for people in every aspect of daily living i.e. work, leisure, relationships, health, home life etc.
We have significant skills and experience delivering a more intensive level of support for people with complex needs, multiple disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour or where previous living arrangements have failed, to achieve positive outcomes and improved quality of life.
To enable people to become more independent we help people to establish their skills, abilities and opportunities in all areas of their life. This is a basis for a Person Centred Review that involves people important to them and looks at areas to develop skills, independence and new opportunities with a focus on Active Support, Positive Risk Taking, Relationships and Community Integration.
