Perthyn is a large organisation dispersed across a number of regions in Wales and England. To be able to effectively coordinate and support this, we have developed our management structure and systems to be able to provide local responses whilst at the same time maintaining the consistency and organisational standards across all areas.
We have some centralised services such as Finance, Payroll, Health & Safety, Learning & Development and IT. However, service delivery is managed on a regional basis with local offices and structures that reflect the needs of each region , along with HR, PBS and Admin Support.
The overall governance and management responsibility lies with the Board of Trustees and the Executive Management Team. This is facilitated through a number of Scrutiny Committees that monitor and audit the performance of the organisation against our Strategic Plan and Key Performance Indicators.
